The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 1 June 2010 were duly passed by the shareholders at the 24th AGM of the Company held this morning.

The Company wishes to further announce that Messrs. Deloitte & Touche (AF 0834) has been appointed as the Company’s Auditors for financial year ended 31 December 2010.
