The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 1 June 2010 were duly passed by the shareholders at the 24th AGM of the Company held this morning.

The Company wishes to further announce that Messrs. Deloitte KassimChan has been appointed as the Company’s Auditors for financial year ended 31 December 2010.
