With reference to the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting ["AGM"] announced on 31 May 2010 and with regard to "Notice of Dividend Entitlement", the Company wishes to inform that, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming 24th AGM of the Company, a final dividend of 3% less 25% Malaysian income tax in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2009 will be paid on 15 July 2010 and not on 29 July 2010 as stated in the Notice of AGM, to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 30 June 2010 and not 15 July 2010 as stated in the Notice of AGM.
