The Board of Directors of Integrax wishes to announce that the Company proposes to procure its shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting to amend its existing Articles of Association to be in line with the recent amendments to the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad relating to the electronic dividend payment ("Proposed Amendments").

Details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in the Annual Report 2009 of the Company which will be despatched to shareholders of Integrax in due course.
