Reference is made to our announcement dated 28 December 2009 in relation to the submission of a proposed Quasi-Reorganisation scheme to the Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal Dan Lembaga Keuangan (BAPEPAM-LK) by PT Indoexchange Tbk ("INDX"), a subsidiary company of Integrax Berhad ("the Proposed Quasi Reorganisation Scheme").

The Board of Directors of Integrax Berhad wish to advise that the Company's shareholding in INDX remains unchanged at 70.31% after the implementation of the Proposed Quasi Reorganisation Scheme. We attached further details of the Proposed Quasi Reorganisation Scheme for your information.
