In 2015, Integrax became a subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and after the formation of TNB Power Generation Sdn Bhd (TNB Genco) in October 2020, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of TNB Genco. This prompted Integrax's restructuring, aligning it with the energy transition initiative and opening doors for business growth.
