Malaysian, aged 62, Independent Non-Executive Director, appointed to the Board on 11 April 2003. He is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Investment Committee of the Board.

He graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) Degree. He registered as a Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (B.E.M) since 1974.

He was appointed as a Director of Techart Sdn Bhd since 1984, a company engaged in providing Engineering and Project Management Consultancy.

He was the Teluk Intan UMNO Division (1995-2005) Chief and State Assemblyman for Changkat Jong, Perak from November 1999 to March 2008.

He ceased to be the formal nominee Director of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak, a substantial shareholder of Integrax since 7 March 2008. He is also the Chairman of IRM Group Berhad. He has been the President Commissioner since May 2007 of P.T. Indoexchange Tbk, a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and now a subsidiary company of Integrax Berhad.

Save as disclosed, he has no family relationship with any Director or major shareholder of Integrax and he does not have any conflict of interest with the Company.

He attended all the eleven (11) Board of Directors' meetings held during the financial year ended 31 December 2009.
