Malaysian, aged 55,  Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, appointed to the Board on 25 July 2011.

YBhg Dato’ Abd Manaf graduated with a Higher National Diploma (Engineering) from Cambridgeshire College of Arts & Technology O.N.D., Thames Valley.

He is currently a member of the Suruhanjaya Awam Negeri Perak and Chairman of Perak Energy Resources Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Maju Perak Berhad  and the Chairman of a few private limited companies, involves in construction, telecommunication ans solar hybrid.

YBhg Dato’ Abd Manaf comes from a strong corporate background where he has served in various sectors for almost 30 years.
