Malaysian, aged 52, Independent Non-Executive Director, appointed to the Board on 18 November 2008. He is a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee and Investment Committee of the Board.

Chan Kok Keong is an Advocate and Solicitor. He is a Barrister of the Middle Temple and holds an LL.M. degree from University College, London.

He appears frequently as Counsel in the Court of Appeal and Federal Court and is, especially, interested in Company Law and public interest litigation. Besides legal practice, he is a bibliophile greatly interested in promoting research in the arts and sciences. He is a founding Governor of the Perak Academy, which is devoted to championing education outside the traditional school syllabus.

He attended all the eleven (11) Board of Directors' meeting held during the financial year ended 31 December 2009.

He has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder and he does not have any conflict of interest with the Company. Currently, he does not hold directorships in any other public company incorporated in Malaysia. His direct interest in the shares of Integrax is disclosed in the Directors' Report shown on page 15 of the 2009 Annual Report.
